case study

This project was a self-initiated sports photography coverage focused on documenting the training sessions of the Minnesota Wild at TRIA Rink.

The intention behind this work was to immerse myself in a professional hockey environment and further develop my visual language in sports photography. By attending multiple practices, I was able to capture striking imagery that highlights the intensity, discipline, and precision required at the NHL level. Rather than focusing on game-day spectacle, this project emphasizes preparation—moments of focus, repetition, physical effort, and quiet concentration that define elite performance behind the scenes.
